Avantgarde is Germany’s Biggest Brand Experience Agency

For the first time, Avantgarde has topped the ranking of the German event marketing industry association FAMAB and is now Germany’s biggest brand experience agency. Avantgarde’s total turnover for 2014 was over 131.3 million euros, and 89.2 million euros in Germany. The ranking itself only considers the gross income in Germany in the field of “live communications”. In 2014 it was 29.5 mio. euros (up from 21 mio. euros in 2013).

Here’s a link to an online report on the new ranking by Horizont, one of Germany’s leading trade media. (link in German)

What does this say about us? Our CEO Martin Schnaack had this to say about topping the agency ranking:

“For years we have regarded ourselves not as event agency but as a creative agency with a focus on brand experiences. This is also what our clients are looking for: an agency partner that combines live and digital experiences and puts consumers in the center of their brand communication. Event organisation and execution are no fields of growth anymore. We are happy that the new ranking validates our approach.”
