As you might have noticed, Avantgarde has updated its corporate identity. We launched our new website on 1 July 2015, and are currently updating everything from our letterheads to our door plates. The rebranding reflects the evolution of Avantgarde and our vision for the future. A lot of people wonder why we are doing this. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions in this post.

Why a new CI? And why now?

The CI update is a logical step in our company’s evolution. We have entered the age of brand experiences. Our belief is that only brands which create an enduring and involving brand story across all touchpoints will be successful.

What is the key message of the new CI?

The new reflects both our well-known passion for turning consumers into fans and the exciting changes we see in our society at large and in marketing in particular. We have redefined the way we look at ourselves and the services we offer. To quote from our new mission statement: “Avantgarde is an international creative agency with a focus on building emotional connections between brands and their consumers – regardless of individual channels and disciplines.”

What does ‘We believe in one touchpoint: life’ mean?

Since we combine every aspect of creative, physical and digital resources into engaging brand experiences, we do not limit our work to a single touchpoint, and we think beyond the realms of digital and analogue. We are enabling brands to reach out to consumers in their everyday lives, when they are open for communication and enjoy being in the moment.

Does this CI update include your international offices?

The new representation of Avantgarde includes all offices around the world and shows the company’s commitment to become a leading international player in the field of integrated brand experiences.

What’s the ultimate goal behind launching the new CI?

With our revised identity, we hope to expand our offering, push into new markets, and provide guidance for employees and clients alike. We will continue to evolve and innovate consumer marketing.
