Patagonia’s Repair Truck Idea

Outdoor clothing company Patagonia has not only become famous for its environmental focus, it has also grown into a serious player in its industry: In 2013, its revenue topped U$600 Million, with a workforce of about 2000 people globally. However, it has worked so hard on its image (not just through marketing, but a lot of environmentally conscious initiatives), that it can even pull off touring the US in a truck, repairing Patagonia gear on the go AND staying credible throughout. We like the idea of turning a customer promise into a roadshow.
